ok people your my only hope.....moose will not even respond to my email

install heated grips the winter pak with everything and its stuck in AUX

has power to all the hot wires in the plug

is the controller bad is there something i need to push in syn what

people help me out its dam cold in man west virginia

 

call them you will get a faster response. cant be that cold in west virginia yet.

Looks like you have to go through a Parts Unlimited Dealer. Here's Moose's website if you don't have it. I'd try a few different dealers in your area since your's was zero help....
