Default Xplorer dry weights

Hi,

I currently have an Xplorer 250 and am looking for a second machine to go along with it but with a little more HP. The frame size and weight of the Xplorer 250 is just about right for our kids which brings me to my questions:

1) What is the dry weight of the Xplorer 250?
2) What is the dry weight of the Xplorer 400?
3) If you found this info on the web, where did you find it?

Thanks!!

Fish,

I have a 99 Xplorer 400 and dry weight is listed at 580 pounds. I have the manual for the machine. The polaris website has manuals and supplements for all models after 1998-I think. You will need to register with a username and password to access the info.

Good luck.

Thanks for the great info. I did download a manual for the machine. Also the ATV comparison site is GREAT! Looks like my 250 comes in at 560 lbs.
