i just got a honda 450 foreman & the battery keeps draining , i can charge the battery & drive the bike for about 45 mins. till the batt. is dead then it dies . i checked the output of the charging system & it is way over charging 17-20 volts , i changed out the regulator ,but it still over charges . i'm thinking that there is wire shorted somewhere. any thoughts ???

 

oh yeah ! does anybody have a wiring diagram? the honda dealership here closed, so i can't go & ask them for help

 

Hows the battery? It might be the short.
