I am rebuliding the carb on a big red 200es and it dident have a pilot screw, I bought a rebuild kit but it dident come with any instructions, What pieces goes with the piolt screw(spring, O-ring the order of them ??) I dident have anthing to look off of to put it back together... any helpwould be apperciated then I can finally get to riding!!

 

The spring goes on the screw first, then the metal washer, then the small o ring. You can go to any of the online parts finders for honda, and they give a pictoral view of the assembly.

 

To install it, screw it all the way in clockwise until it seats (dont tighten it though you can ruin it) then back it out 1 7/8 turns (stock setting) Needle clip in the middle (3rd groove) for stock setting under 6000 ft.
