Default Clutch Kit Advice

So I am looking to get a clutch kit for my scrambler 500. What brand do you guys think is the best one to get. Thanks For the advice.

Dalton Industries,HPD or Aaen are the best in kit form.

i could custom match a kit too so do you have any sugestions there for my set up? i see what you have done to yours and what elevatiopn are u running at?

Default Clutch Kit Advice

You can mix and match on a 500 real good if you have a basic understanding on what each part does and what other part it affects.Plus you have to set it up for your riding style.I have mine set for awsome midrange and a top rpm of 6600.With a rather low engagment 2200-2300.If you want a low engagment go with a spring like the yellow polaris or a dalton Blk/white or for a little moe engagment a Dalton Blk/orange.Go with either the HPD violet or Aaen Blue secondary spring.Best bet it a TEAM roller.Strat with 10MB weights and keep adding weight until you get the rpms right.I ended up with 10AL and tried 10mbs but was too high in the rpms then went to a 10RH they were border line on safe the 10ALs got me to the 6600.BTW I am at 600 ft to sea level.

Yeah the HSP kit works perfect on a Scrambler with exhaust and air mods!
Mine was set-up just like yours. Performance muffler and air box mod with K&N.
