Default SUNL Hanma 110CC is idling high...

After our small engine mech cleaned up the carb and got it running, for some reason he couldn't get the idle to go down even after he tried adjusting the screw. I am by no means a mechanic, but I've had to learn about these things the hard way. Is there anything else I can adjust so it doesn't move forward when supposed to be sitting still at idle. If I left something out or more information is needed just let me know. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the throttle cable is bound up somewhere between the thumb control and the carb.

There might be a adjustment on the actual throttle cable also, a screw with a nut, kinda like a turnbuckle, try making the cable shorter with it, by screwing the 2 ends together & that may work????
