Default 1999 scrambler 500 4x4 won't engage 4x4 no voltage

I have a 1999 scrambler 500 4x4 and the 4x4 wont engage. I took the switch apart and I am getting no voltage there. I measured the plug in case of a bad connection and there is no power on any of the four pins that goes to the switch. Does anyone have a wiring diagram that could help me??? I am not sure where to go from there. I have tryed pushing it past drive and also wiggling the kill switch but still nothing. I have owned it for 1 year now and it has not worked since I bought it. I even tried appling power to a couple of the pins but it causes the machine not to start.

Thanks

Nuetral light does not come on and I ran a ground to the brown wire with white stripe and no luck. Is there any way to bypass the switch inside the transmission?

Bad connection on the tranny switch near the pull starter. With it cleaned and plugged in the neutral light works and so does the 4wd (sticks on for a little ways probably from not being used) reverse light is on when in fwd...
