where do i find itp t-9 wheels?
#1
i have been reading some forums, and i noticed that some of you guys have been talking about different aluminum rims.
i will be going with a tire and rims setup soon. i was going to either go with the douglas, or the itp .190's. now i see that some of you mentioned that the .190's aren't all that tough, but the t-9's are.
where do i find the t-9's? i was going to buy through rocky mountain because they have excellent tire/rim deals. does anyone know if they have the t-9's? are they expensive? are they alot better then the .190's? i believe they are still .190 but are a better construction, right?
now the other delema is what tire i am going to go with. i would like bear claws, but rocky mountain doesn't have them. i was thinking about either sure traks, mud sharks, or bandits. any recomendation of a good all around tire for a scrambler 400 would be appreciated also.
the main thing is that i would like to stay under $500 for the whole setup.

I got my T-9s directly from ITP. I bought the standard .190s and complained to ITP about the condition of them after one ride. I was just doing some standard trail riding, and after the first ride, they look like someone took a sledge hammer to them. I called and complained, and they replaced them with the T-9s for free. I think they cost about $90-$100 each though. And after over a year of R.R. track hopping, rock climbing, and log jumping, I can't find a ding or dent on them.
