anyone used the fmf jet kit with the exhaust?

Hi, I have a HMF header and exhaust. With it it also came with a "jet kit", but I ended up ordering the biggest kit that polaris makes and having to turn the main needle out an extra 1.75 turns to make it ruin smoothely. I guess I would suggest the same. ( At the time I also put in a complete after market intake system as well), which would possibly make my "settings" to my jets a little different than youres.

When I had my K&N filter put on and FMF pipes put on they jetted it to much anyways so I had to redo it myself. The jets that came with the kit were a good enough mix for me to get the right ones for my bike..

Actually, he's right. I di have to lower the jet size ( originally we went so big due to the fact that we were tuning it in when it was -55 outside) depending on the weather. Now i'm still one size bigger than what HMF sent, but still had to keep needle jet turned out. All in all, it's a different exhaust system and probubly will have different settings that go with it( also a different machine). I guess i would put the jets in that came with it and then decide to turn the main needle out a little at a time ( if needed) . Hopefully it helps.

Yeah the best thing to do is put in the jets and see how she runs. Even after I had it jetted right I still has to raise my needle one notchto get enough fuel on the top end
