have not been here in a while, so here goes,
my 84 200s makes a spinning noise after i shut her down, is this the clutches ??, it just spins to a halt, does not sound damaging just odd, it has oil in her , what does it sound like if the oil pump starts to fail

on another note, i just got an 81 185 off ebay and am stoked, new fenders, tires, grips, exhaust, frame painted clean looking, new plastic tank and headlight, all i had to do was drain gas, clean carb, and rewind the starter coil spring and put on new rope, my son loves it...i'll have to get some more pics of it...

 

yes that is the clutch. i had that happen to me on all my 3 wheelers. it just spinds until it stops. not a big deal. congrats on the 3 wheeler sounds like a good one!

my 185s did the same thing intill it finnaly blew up but thats because the motor was just about shot
