I am 27 6'2 and 280lb and live in town but will get out of town often. I will be plowing snow and general messing around. I like the 450 kodiak and have test rode a couple. Also have ridden a couple polaris (01 500HO, 06 500 x2, 01 trailblazer, 04 magnum 330) and generally like them (they are also real popular around here with probably 4-5 dealers within 75 miles). I would like to stay bigger than 400cc and need 4x4. I am an old time Honda fan but would ride about anything solid. I have found an 04 500 arctic cat 500 but they are kinda ugly in my opinion (but I could live with it if they are a solid machine). I can find 02-04 500 & 600 sportsman as well as 450 kodiaks and 400-500cc hondas in that price range. Which is the best for what I have in mind.

On a side note my neighbor has a brute force 650 and its a little on the big and heavy side but the power is nice. I realize the weight and size are nice for plowing snow but with a plow it barely fits in my lawn shed (12'x12') with other various junk.

All opinions welcome, and almost all makes have a dealer within 65 miles of me so I am not too worried about that.
