Default Polaris Mirror 2871217

I bought a pair of these mirrors and I am trying to figure out how to mount them on my X2. Any help would be appreciated, I have no instructions on the install. Is there some type of expanding kit I can buy to put in the end of the hadle bar?

I bought the same mirror for my X2. I have to say, these baby's are fragile. Don't bump them with your arm on the very first day when you are taking pictures or the mirror will snap right off of the arm. I have first hand (arm) experience.
Anyway, you just insert the mirror into the end of the handle bar and tighten the allen bolt. This will expand the hard rubber inside of the bar and hold it on. For a while anyway.
Not sure on the stock grips but, I had hot grips put on my quad when I bought it so I had to cut out the ends to expose the hole to insert the mirror. After I got the second pair of hot grips the dealer reinstalled the mirror and ever since it would not stay tight. Fell completely out while I was riding. It hit my arm on the way down otherwise I would have lost it unless my bro would have seen it before he ran it over. So as you can see in my pictures I ground the aluminum part of the mirror flat and installed it to the front rack extension. Works great and does not fall off. I like the look too. To patch the hole in my grip I went to Home Depot and bought some round plastic caps to fill the hole. It looks perfect.
