I bought this thing used and in excellent shape. Its a 250cc. Every once in a while it acts up on the electronic shift on the handlebar. What is does is when you turn the key on and the bike is in neutral and try to shift the gears with the buttons, the number 1 flashes and it will not go into gear at all. It has been doing this more often now, so I need to fix this problem. What could it be???

2) Check to see if there is a recall on it.
