Found a blue '03 700 with 633 miles and 101.4 hrs on the clock. Seller wants $4300 and it has been listed on CL here in Phx for one month. If it checks out, I'm thinking of offering 4k even. Seem reasonable? It does come with ramps and a rear hard case, neither of which I need or want...
