Good, I have an Avalanche and the opening is 50 inches. I can fit my 700 in there with the factory tires. Only the front end fits in..the rear sit on the tailgate.
Each tire is one inch wider with half of that going to the inside, so on paper the front end should only be 1 inch wider. Of coarse that only leaves me one inch to play with.
My wife's machine won't fit with 8" front tires, but she has ITP rims with an offset.
The dealer is going to take me in the morning so I will know tomorrow.
I am going to take my almost new factory tires and put them on my wife's 400. she has 25" tires so she will get upgraded to 26's.
So, I have her 4 tires plus my 4 tires plus the 4 new tires in the back of my truck.
A thieve could make a killing tonight.

Well I mounted them and the 9"front is JUST rubbing on the tie rod end.
I don't want to use spacers because they will make my Sportsman to wide for my Avalanche and because they are expensive. Has anyone here ever put washers being the rim on each lug stem? I would only need 2 of them to get the needed clearance.
