Real top speed of a Warrior.
#1
I believe that the real top speed of a warrior is around 58 to 59. I think this because my '96 warrior is stock except for a uni filter, the tire pressure in the front was a little low, and i had a friend on the back. I am a smaller rider and my friend is average size. I had a truck following behind me and i was doing 55. I figure that if a had more air in the front tires and was by myself that it would have went a little faster.

I know it isnt the actual top speed. Even tho it may be inacurate, i dont think it can be REAL far off. I understand the the speedo in the truck may be off a little but that is a pretty common answer i have heard. a lot of people has said that the warrior will run in the mid to upper 50's. i believe that the warrior will run in the upper 50's.

This summer a guy i was riding with had a new warrior, stock. I have a modded lakota that goes 58.6 mph according to my gps. the warrior was faster than mine all around. the elevation around here is 800 feet above sea level. I don't know how much elevation has to do with it though. The warrior was faster..

If your Warrior is bone stock I believe it's around 50-55 mph. Add a couple modifications into it and it will go faster. I added a pipe, 14 tooth sprocket, and drilled holes in my airbox, and the local police department clocked me at 67 mph :-(.
