Default clean carb leaking gas

gota nother 400ex leaking gas outa the carb?

the floats are made of plastic so you cant adjust them. anyone know how to fix this problem?:

Are you saying it started after you cleaned the carb? If so I'd take it apart and put some new gaskets on it.

its leaking out the overflow. not any seals. yes it runs but funny.

Often plastic floats can't be adjusted and should be replaced if the float level is wrong. The float level on these doesn't seem to get messed up very often, though.

Be sure to take a real close look at the float valve, and the float valve seat. If there's a step or groove worn into the cone part of the float valve, it's shot. Also it doesn't take much of a piece of debris in there to cause the float valve to leak.
