honda 400 ex (2000)

Im having a hard time aligning the front tires so it doesnt pull. Can anyone give me some pointers. What is the best way to allign the front end. THANKS

If you spin the front wheels, do they each seem to have an equal amount of resistance??? If your allignment is correct and it is still happening, could be a brake shoe dragging or a hub/bearing issue???
