I would suggest taking off the oil injector. If you dont pay attention to it it could ruin your engine before you know it. It isn't hard to do you just buy a kit and install it.I dont know much about trying to make it go slow though cause i need all the speed i can get!

I agree with HondaManMyers. Taking off the injection is a must whether it works or not. Take the extra 5 minutes and 5 dollars and mix your gas. It took me 2 engine rebuilds to take the hint. Don't make the mistake I did.

Leave the oil injection on, unless you plan on racing it or something it will work just fine. Had an 89 that always had the oil inj hooked up and still on its original stock top end, with around 135-140lbs of compression. Also pre-mixing is a hassle, alot easier to just pull up to the pumps..

you can adjust it as low as you need to and as for the oil just mix it all you have to do is take the
tubes out and the oil holder off and mix gas and go have fun

The throttle limiter is nice to slow it down, but it has one fault. If you need more power to get out of trouble, it's not there anymore! Also I do a lot of slow woods riding on mine and I have never ever fouled a plug! I also do not use the injection system. It's junk. I premix at 32 to 1 and have never had a problem. Just be sure to use a quality 2 stroke oil, not $0.99 walmart special. I use Klotz Techniplate or even Yamalube is ok. Ride on!
