Default tire flipping

OKAY NOW..I KNOW I'M NOT THE FIRST TO THINK OF THIS, BUT I'VE NEVER READ OF ANYONE ACTUALLY DOING IT. I HAVE STOCK TIRES ON MY 07 400. HAS ANYONE EVER SWITCHED THE TIRES AROUND TO HAVE THE "V" FACING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO GET BETTER GRIP IN THE MUD?

Nope, I have 2 sets, my original ( dunlop 25 x 10-12 on rear & 25 x 8-12 on front.
#2-( Swampwitch 27 x 12-12 on rear & 27 x 10-12 on front ) for mud & sandy creeks. My mud tires are 2in. larger and makes a big difference. But are kinda rough on hard pack trails & rocky terrain..
Hey man, you could always try it. Only takes alittle time to see by swapping
them.
I was on the Saratoga CV-60

Having the V tread pattern reversed only makes it easier for sharp sticks, nails, screws, etc. to enter your tire.

By design most tread patterns are designed to move the mud etc to the outside and dig down so that the tire can get some grip on a firmer base. By reversing the tread you will be moving the mud etc to the center of the tread and just be building up more mush to try to get a grip on.
