Default Help, please tell me where to buy Scrambler Wiring

I am helping my friend change his headlights on his 2000 Scrammy and it's currently using the H1 bulb with no high or low beam. Anyway, we got everything to put his lights back to stock except for the male end that plugs into the bulb. Other than buying and expensive wiring harness, anyone know where just to buy the plug sockets?

Any ideas other than the dealer or Ebay? Anyone bought something like this from an autoparts store?

The dealer will only quote a wiring harness. I know Ebay's got some stuff, but for something like this I want to see it before I buy it. I went to 3 auto parts stores and none of them stocked anything that we could take out and match up. They all had catalogs and couldn't tell me if it would fit.

So.......I thought I would come here to see if there are any good ideas.

Camera's not too handy. Let me explain it, Imagine the headlamps that are on the handle bars. There is a set of two lights. The bulb for each is Polaris Part # 4030061, and I need something to stick inside the bulb to connect it to the wiring. The part I need is like an oval that has a clamp on it, that connects it to the bulb. I call it a plug, but some call it a male socket.

If this doesn't help, I can try to take a picture tomorrow.

FYI- It's the exact same bulb my 2007 Scrambler takes. Same Set up.

Also, I did buy a harness off ebay, but I think it must have been for a 2x4 which has one light on the hood, different bulb and no high beam set up. The EBAY add said, 2000 Scrambler 400 wiring harness, so I bought it. However, it didn't specify 2x4 or 4x4, and I naturally assumed 4x4. I'm working on returning it or something, it's kind of both our faults, they didn't specifiy and I didn't realize what it was.

If nothing else, I might try NAPA tomorrow, I've already tried O'Reillys, Autozone, CarQuest.

OK, Good news. For $12 Napa has the part. I think it's called EC10 and you just shave the sides a little.

To describe the plug better, the EC10 is a female plug when you talk about the three metal prongs but on the same plug the plastic would be considered a male adapater.

All is good, thanks for trying to help FTWFLH.
