Is there any mods I can do to make the steering any easier?</end quote></div>
Turn AWD off and make sure it's not stuck on.

rusty rollers, worn or stuck magnet, --- put the AWD in "off" and back up 2-3 feet, then go forward again and see if the steering effort has changed any. If it is wedged, the steering will be very difficult. do you have any quads to compare the steering effort to?

I have tried having it off and backing up. I really dont think it is stuck in AWD. The other quads I have to compare to are my father in laws 2005 and his brothers 2006 sportsmans. These steer alot easier and that is what makes me wonder is there is an upgrade to make?

Has it always steered hard from new?
If your sure! AWD is not stuck on, oversize tires and low air pressure will make it steer harder also. Could be out of alignment!
When did you notice the change? Newer atvs do steer a little easier. Maybe you to upgrade to a newer model.
