This sound funny, but dose it only do it when you wear ridding boots? if so adjust shift lever 1 or 2 splines up. this happened to me, and what happened is that the shift lever has to always go to default position before taking next gear, especially when I hammer hard. just looking at the simple things first. I would hate it to be a shift fork. that would suck!

Do you think it might be because i hav just a little too much tranny fluid in the crank case i mean its not too much but it is over the line a little?

Sounds like your clutch's could also be slipping unless the transmission is grinding

It's not the tranny fluid.

for your information you dont check the oil by screwing the dip **** stick in and checking, you take it out wipe it off and just set it in the hole, pull it out and if its in the middle of the checkers then its good if its to full then not good, could cause rough shifting from to much tranny preasure, but i doubt its that

if it pops out of gear under hard throttle i would start with the shift cam and the shifting forks it is not the clutch
