Default Any way to do only front brakes?

I am trying to make some decent ruts and holes to ride through at the trails around my house but i cant seem to get the back tires to spin enough to make any.... Damn thing weighs so much i just shoot off like a rocket, lol... I was wondering if there is any way i could disable the rear brakes easily and use the foot brake for the rears and then i could just hold down the front brake and spin out some pretty good ruts.... I wouldn't want this all the time and would like it to be very easy to re-engage the rears when i want to hook them back up.... Anyone know of any way or is it possible?

Drag something really heavy on the back hitch and dont mess with the brakes at all.
BUT if you figure out front brakes only let me know

I think I'd just get some kids to ride their motorcycles on really rainy days on the trails...
