Which WARN winch would you get, and why?

Ok folks,
Which WARN winch would you get, and why?
Reason why I ask is I just got myself a new '08 Foreman and when I bought it, I had them order a 2,500 WARN, however, next weekend I am picking up my new quad, and I was talking to the dealer about the differences with the winches, and got sold on the 3,000. He gave it to me at a great deal, $80 more. I personally was sold on the fact that the 3k is a solid unit, which wouldn't let water etc... build up inside.
Anyone, thoughts? Opinions? I want one for dependability, that will last for many years to come.
Thanks!
Jeff

My 2.5 has been flawless now for four years's on my popo that weighs close to 800.lbs I have used it for everything from plowing, pulling trees, mud, deep snow up to the racks and I have no complaints about it at all. However if I were to buy another one I'd probobly go with the 3.0 for the reasons that you said, watertight and bigger motor that wont strain as much as a 2.5 just sounds like the proper winch for the weight of my machine. Hope this helps!!!

Thanks guys, the dealer said that they will have to drill a hole or something on the top plastic for the remote. Is there anything to fret about that? Does it look tacky?
Thanks,
Jeff
