Default how do you remove rocker arms in a warrior head

I'm working on someone else's warrior and i bought a different head for it off ebay. (old one had some damage) One rocker arm is missing and the other is very stiff. the head that was on it has good rocker arms so my question is how do you get the rocker arm shafts out? Neither head is on an engine and on the one that's missing one i see no clips or anything. I do see the threads in the shafts, is there a puller to get them out? i reluctantly tried a slide hammer, gently (if that's possible) and they didn't move. thanks for any help.

They must be really stuck. I threaded a bolt into mine and they slid right out by hand.
