Default ECM Troubles on 02 Rubicon 500

A few weeks ago i was towing some logs out of the woods with my rubi, and after it got a little too hot the gear position indicator started blinking. I ran diognostics on it and came back with a code 6. i replaced the angle sensor, reset the ecm, but that still didn't fix my problem. i then bought a new ecm, installed that, but when i went to reset it, the shift motor just clicked. it didn't turn or anything, it just clicked. i went through the reset procedure about 10 times and it still just clicked. i am out of ideas please help.

Code #6 is angle sensor system "swash plate angle "... When you installed the angle sensor did you pre-load it ..?.. Sounds like you have a motor lock condition now , the shift control motor will have to be taken off and try to turn the reduction gears with your finger .. If it won't turn you may have to use a screwdriver to un-jam the swash plate ..

When you say pre-load, do you mean to twist the angle sensor?
