Default Does anybody have an 00-01 ds AND an 04+ ds? I need something checked

I know a few members in here have newer quads (04+) and an oldie but a goodie floating around (00-01). Of those of you out there (or anybody who happens to know..) can someone check to see if an 04+ rear wheel hub will fit on an 00-01 axle?

I have tried searching and nobody seems to know (some said it dosnt). I know there are a couple different hubs floating around (an aluminum that does fit the 00-01, and a different aluminum that came stock on the 04+)

If someone could confirm this for me either way that would be mega-helpful!

Thanks guys

I'm pretty sure they will fit, I don't think they changed the splines for the hubs.

I belive that is correct i do know one is thinner then the other the 01's i belive are a tad thinner if you wish to put 01's on an 04 spacers are required but 04's will go right to the 01's with no mods.something to that effect.

One thing to consider, I believe I read the 04's and up the studs are pressed in. Earlier models are tapped and threaded. Easily replaced in the event one breaks.
