Sometimes when my son is riding his four wheeler it will die. When we go to restart it, it will make a bad starter whining sound. We can sometimes get it running but it sounds like something is not disengaging. When it does this we use the kick starter and it runs again. We took thestart housing off to look around but did not want to go further until we got some help. Any suggestions?
