My wife needs help making a choice, She has narrowed it down to two quads and is looking for some outside influance. She is stuck between a Arctic Cat 366 and a Polaris 400. Any help would be appreciated. I am to bias and she doesnt listen to me anyway.

Dont know allot about the a/c but the popo is good machine and there are allot of people on this forum that have them and love them.If it were my choice I'd go for the popo as I think they build a better machine than a/c does!

One big factor for a wife-bike is weight. I know that this was a major consideration for my wife choosing an Ozark at only 400 lbs. The AC 366 is one of the lightest 4wd's at about 525 lbs. I suspect that the Polaris weighs more.

I would go with the polaris, they look to be a more solid machine then the ac.

It's either gears or tears on the trail.
A Honda Rancher would be an awsome unit
without dealing with all that belt crap!
3.9% finance
Great resale value

Garman, I know what you are saying, thats what I have now. We ride in areas with alot of rocks and bumps. She is more into the comfort thing. She is going with something with IRS and automatic. I dont push her too much because I am extremely happy she enjoys riding. She says she is just tired of felling beat up when we are done riding.

That last sentence just told you your answer. Polaris has the best ride.

My wife rides a Sportsman 500 and likes it. I have no experience with the AC. I used to ride the 500 before I gave it to her. It is really a bullet proof machine, I am sure the 400 is the same way. I don't think you can go wrong with the Polaris. This is coming from an Arctic Cat snowmobile guy! (We have 5 of them)

Honestly I don't think any of the big names are junk. They would be out of business long ago if they just made crap. From what I heard Polaris make great machines. I don't have one, I have the Rancher 420 but I wouldn't complain if I had a polaris from all the good stuff I heard about them. That being said I'm still pleased with the Rancher
