How high can you go before you have to start mod. suspension/steering components, clutches, a-arms, etc. Is there a chart out there that can tell you how much power you lose when you go with wider/taller tires. I have an 07 sportsman x2 800. I weighing my options, any opinions.

 

i think 27' is the biggest w/out worring too much about bottoming out and rubbing. any size over stock and you loose a little power, so the bigger you go the more power you loose. but the 800 has enough power to turn 30" tires w/a lift and clutch work im sure. imo.
