I have a 2001 Yamaha warrior with a 396 stroker kit, you know all the goodies. anyways heres the deal. when i give it full throttle the engine takes off but the quad takes a few to catch the engine, the clutch slips pretty good. when i just ease up to speed it doesn't slip. my clutch plates and pressure plates seem to be in good condition, i think it is stock springs and they are at fault for this. if you believe the springs are the problem i would like to know what kind i should replace them with. let me know if you think it could be something different.
