Default Blaster with 90PSI after rebuild

I bought a used blaster with 110PSI and blew smoke. After removing the piston, the skirt was broken and my machinit said the bore was worn. I went with a .10 over stock using a weisco piston and dropped of the parts to my machinsist to match parts. I bought all new gaskets and reassembled as per the book. After about 10 tries at kick starting this puppy, I only reach the max PSI of 90. I tried this with and without the carb and exhaust connected. What can this be?? With the psi increase as the rings seat ??

Chuck
