i bought my 35lb 4 year old a lil 47cc quadard well lets just say i have had more issues with this lil pyle in a hrs time than i have ever had will all 4 of my polaris"s..
issue# 1..this thing gets hot!!!!!! i am mixing the oil 40:l like it says too..i mean melt the plasic hot and its only 60 degrees out...what the heck.

issue #2 the centrifical clutches keep burning up!! it has less than a hr on it and i have replaced all 3 twice now..he is only 35lbs ,come on now this is a real problem.. and yes the drivetrain (chain,rear axel,clutch hub) all spin freely..

now this is a lil atv is called a QUADARD... i never heard of one and realey wish i would have NOT BOUGHT IT..i should have saved for a polaris sportsman 90cc for him.. so in all my discust,has anybody had this mis-fortune on owning one these things and have maybe had the same issues and can help me out..it may be too late though i do need a new boat ancor...

No ..but if you post a pic.........Maybe someone can tell you what it looks like ...EX some imports have the same plastics but the label and decals are changed just for the seller!!................It might be worth a try....Sorry about all the bad luck your having with it!!...........Will the dealer help you out any?

It has little or no hours on it like you said!!.........Caper..........

I did a search and only saw Quadrad ATVs mentioned on eBays England site. Might have been brought over by someone. It is probably a cookie cutter Chinese made quad. I bought one and it was a nightmare. I sold it to someone who said they have a friend who is a good mechanic. Try doing a search under Chinese ATVs and you might find one that looks like what you have. Hope it goes well.

 

i have found them on the net but have yet to talk to someone who has the misfortune of owning one.. guess i am the ONLY unluckey s.o.b around..

I've never seen those before. There was a company in Pennsylvania that I got parts from. I looked around but couldn't find it. If I locate them, I'll send you a message. I got so irritated by the whole Chinese ATV experience that I probably threw everything away.

O am trying to fix 2 of them. The loss of power is the secondary clutch gets stuck so its like trying to start out in high gear on other stuff. Still trying to figure out the fix.
