my Quest xt won't hold still when i put it into gear. it's an auto and foward or reverse the brakes just won't hold it. it there an adjustment could someone let me know?

 

Clean your clutches.

 

I am having the same trouble with my Bombardier Quest. When I place it in gear the clutch engages immediately. I cannot even remove it from gear until the engine has stalled - this happens in all gears. When I ride this ATV I have to try and move through the woods without stopping, otherwise the engine will stall. I believe the clutch should disengage when the engine turns at a low RPM. Is there a clutch adjustement somewhere. If so, will I need to purchase replacecment gaskets or anything I wouldn't already have in the garage? In connection to the last post: will "cleaning my clutches" solve this problem. The ATV was given to me free, therefore I don't have a lot of background knowledge regarding it....any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
