My uncle bought a 400ex in 05 and then out by his house it became illegal to ride dirt bikes and they put houses in and he does not have time to go to the desert. e offered it to me for $2500 and im sure he would take 2K.
What do you guys think?
How much are these new?

 

New ones go for $6K. Depending on condition and your area a used '05 is probably worth somewhere in the mid $4K range if sold by owner or used from a dealer. If you can get one for $2K you got a deal.

i bought my brand new for $4400 out the door. 2K for an 05 sounds good.

I had picked up a 3rd 400, but sold it last month it was a 2004, all stock. A=Little rough,run great!!!needed tires,and re-taged. Sold it for $3.500,00 to the first guy that looked at it,he didnt even try and jew me on it. You better grab that one!!!!!!!!!!! if you didnt get it already then you should, they have reverse and heard are better for the older models, and i got my 01' for 2300 and i thought that was a good deal. if you dont get i sure as hell will lol.
