Clutch Sheave Grizzly700-low-end, mid-range & top speed gains
#1
I just read a review that these folks did where they put a just released clutch sheave in a Grizzly 700. According to their review, it added low-end power, mid-range power and top-end speed.
The review they did was over here: http://atvtorture.comhttp://atvtorture.com. There forum has a thread about 4 pages long in regards to the clutch sheave they put on.
Does anyone else have any experience with one of these?
Thanks!

Hmmm, might be worth researching a bit more then. Their thread in the board is about 4 pages long and has some pretty good info confirming what you're saying too.

I have the Hauck machine work on my sheave and it's worth every penny and then some. It gets better the longer you ride with it installed. Took at least 10 miles to get the full effect with mine. I haven't made a full speed run since it's been fully broken in but I ran it the other day and it easily pulled up to 55 where it was slowly rolling to 55. I'm guessing it will do 57 or 58 from the way it pulled hard to 55 before I had to slow down.
