ron wood cdi with wrong plug!

I purchased a ron wood cdi for my 05' ds 650 viper and the plug on the cdi won't plug into mine. Do I have to get another or can I just change plugs or make my own ?Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Contact Woods, you have 01 CDI, Dunno if there still selling the Plugs are not for change over
