Chain Adjustment tool??

Default Chain Adjustment tool??
I have a 1983 Honda 250r and I need to know the name of the tool that helps rotate the bearing carrier to tighten/loosen the chain. I don't wanna use a screwdriver and hammer b/c I broke tabs on my 200X yrs ago by doing it this way. Is it called a Spanner wrench?? I thought it was but when I look that up, it looks like that adjusts suspensions. PLEASE HELP!?!?!?!? Thanks

It is called a Pin Spanner Wrench
Usually you can get from the Matco or one of the tool guys
