Default Worst ATV memory or story

1. in the past year around my house 2 teens lost their lives riding quads and one was 30seconds away from my house

one girl (16years old) was riding with friends and one of their quads (400ex) got stuck on railroad tracks and they couldnt get it off and she seen the train and ran away from the tracks and the train hit the quad ripped it in half n threw half of it on top of the girl killing her instantly R.I.P Gabby

the most recent was last month a young girl (13 years old) and going to be in my highschool next year was riding with 2 other people on her friend and boyfriend on her friends utility quad and ran a red light and got hit by a car killin her instantly but her friend and boyfriend both lived R.I.P Dominique

2. me and some friends were riding at a friends house and his dad had all building equipment in his yard from building his house and my friend rolled my blaster in 5th gear pinned through 2 wooden boxes and into scafeling not sure how to spell it but the stuff you build up and stand on to do a whole wall instead of using a ladder but he only got a few cuts

Not to sound like a ***** or anything, but all of those incidents could have easily been avoided, by just riding more responsibly. It is incidents like these that hit the news, fueling the "quads are killers" comments.

oh dont worry no argument from me i totally agree i still ride the same places they rode but now i make sure i pay even more attention.

but im from new jersey and they have plenty of space to give the quad and dirtbike riders a safe place to ride and they wont. theres 2 places i know of where we can legaly ride and thats atco raceway which always has racers and chattsworth and thats like 2 hours away from me

there are trails and fields and pits around me that are far enough away from houses to where it wont bother anyone and and still the police and game wardens are constantly back there

Yeah, a lot of people who have never been to Jersey, just kinda view it as all city life. South Jersey is largely rural, making it a nice place to find riding areas.
