Default too big for a yfz?

Hey, I'm 16 and 6'4'' and 180 lbs. Could I fit on a YFZ450? I've heard they're cramped.

i dont own one but I think you will be really cramped. I have rode one and thought it was way cramped. I am only 6'1" but I weigh 225 lbs. You should get a Raptor.

Okay thanks. And nah, I don't really care for Raptors that much. Don't like EFI for some reason. Rather have a KFX700.

What if I put bar risers on?

Maybe a z400 would be a better choice?

A 400 has more room than a 450 in my opinion. A better ride also. A Kfx has a good ride also but doesnt have the handling of a Raptor.

i know this is just my opnion but i hate the kfx700. its almost not even a sport quad. the raptor is way way better. unless you cant shift a quad but then why whould you ask about a yfz. and 2 me a kfx700 and a yfz are at the oppisite sides of the table. the raptor 700 is right in the middle. has the 450 suspestion. a real manual tranny, and just 40lb more than the 450 not like the kfx what does that wiegh like 150lb more than the yfz?

maybe its just me but i dont know how you go from wanting a yfz450 to a kfx700. btw the raptor efi is flawless and great for upgrading.

Yes, the KFX weighs like 516 pounds or somethin like that. But I still love em. lol. I don't want a Raptor, nor can I afford one, unless it's a 660, but they suck. It's really between a KFX700 and a Z400 now, since the YFZ's too small. MAYBE a predator if I find one, but I don't really care for them too much just because they've had issues. So it's really only those three, since Honda bites for sport quads, which I know for a fact, we own 4. If it was between a z400, kfx700 and a preddy, what would you guys pick? I have no intention on racing. Just jumps, wheelies and haulin @$$

Oh, and as far as goin from a YFZ to a KFX, idk really. haha. I'm not interested in any other 450 accept a Suzuki or Can-Am, which are way out of price range for a long time, since I need to buy a truck soon. =] I've ridden a KFX700 before, and it was the most fun I've ever had on a quad. I've also ridden a KFX400, which was great, and more fun on the jumps because I was more used to it, but it didn't really compare overall. The only grudge I have with the KFX is that it takes forever to stop unless you SLAM on the brakes. Other than that, they're my favorite quads for some reason. My friend raced his against a bunch of 450s on a track, and spanked em all on a STOCK kfx700. That says something to me.
