I have an 87 250x and im lookin at wheel and tire kits. I know i want the razrs front and back but i dont know if i should go with douglas or itp. And then if i should go with steel or alum. I do alot of trail and pit riding. I jump alot, not really high but occasionaly. I just dont know wich to go with. I dont race but i do ride hard. Also, should i go with 22" or 20" razrs in the back? thanks..

You shouldn't get ITP aluminum wheels because 2 out of 3 of them don't hold air! Get aluminum for shure, but get Douglas aluminum .190 gauge.

Definitely get aluminum. I have ITP regular T-9's (.190") on a 300EX and ITP Edge on a 400EX (rolled edge similar to OEM rims). Both bikes see a lot of hard jumping and desert XC, and both have held up well. The Edges are more expensive and heavier, but probably worth the extra money if riding in rocky areas. I have seen people destroy a regular T-9 when they hit the rim on a rock!! I'm not sure how good ITP's quality control is. I received one rim that wasn't even drilled for a stem, and another had to be returned because it leaked.

Douglas Red Label are .190" also, and I think they are heat treated, so they may be a bit stronger than the T-9. They also have an Ultimate series which has a rolled edge, but I don't have any experience with either of these.
