I have an 03 Kasea 90 which I just added a Koso pipe, boysen dual reeds, uni air filter, clutch kit, oil pump removed, and a 125 main jet to the stock carb. The bike seems slow and sluggish on take off, but once you get about 1/4 into the power range it takes off and runs great. I am at sea level running 32:1 with Lucas Semi-Synthetic. The C-clip on th needle in the carb is at the factory setting. Any ideas of where I should start to get good power and response on the take off?
