No, they addressed the problem in 04 and beyond.
The 03 frames were subject to cracking if they were rode extremely hard. Look around the front shock mounts for cracks by the welds.
They also make gusset kits that will remedy the problem.

Upper front shock mounts would crack. It was only a problem with a very early run of 03's. The Z frame isn't particularly robust anywhere, so anybody intending to race it should do gussets.
There was also a run of soft axles in 03 as I recall.
