Default Which 50cc Quad to buy?????

I am looking to purchase my son his first quad to ride with us, I have been looking at the Kazuma 50cc and the Hensim 50cc. Anyone had experence with either of these atv's? I am leaning towards the Hensim due to the fact that it's an auto trans and has a handheld engine cutoff for extra safety. Any help or information with either quad would be very much appreciated.

Thank-you

I would go with the Kazuma's. I bought my sons two of the 110 Falcons and have had them 5 months now. They have been great and I have had no problems from them at all. There are plenty of parts for them out there if you need them as well. I looked at the Hensim stuff early on and had alot of people say to stay away from them. All I know is my personal experience so far with the Kazuma's has been very good. We have probably about 50 hours of riding in on them and have not had a single problem and we have ridden them pretty hard.

for the first time rider the automatic transmission the way to go, i've owned both, and i can tell you the kazuma is junk, it has no front brakes, has a rotary shift transmission, meaning you can keep shifting from 1,2, 3, back to 1 and so force all day long, also for a 4-5 year old the kazuma 50 is very differcult to shift, most parents just leave the transmission in 2nd gear and let the kid ride without shifting, also since the transmission left in 2nd the engine will over rev quite a bit, so be perpared to adjust the valves on a regular bases, not so with the automatic transmission, if your kids over 5 years old the the kazuma will be to small for him or her, my opinion is for $500 or less buy a 110cc with an automatic transmission and front brakes and you'll be better off, graigslist should have dealers in your area with 110cc for less than $500. or go here110cc atv's under $500

I am curious to know if you purchased the Hensim 50 as I just purchased one for my daugter. I also just posted a request for an Owners/Operation manual as I purchased one from a dealer going out of business that did not have one. I also have no idea of all the functions and operations. Thanks,

between the two chinesse quads i would go with a kazuma.

instead of a 50 i would look at the baby falcon 90. it has auto trans and also suspension on the front (50 has none.

i have 2 90 for my kids and they have had them for about three years with no problem.

my uncle is a dealer for two years and has had only a few minor problems with all that he has sold

50cc full auto, no power. Do not waste your money on a 50cc full auto as they do not have any power, the Hensim 70cc has more power than you will need I have sold both and the Hensim is by far the better atv. I do not sell Kazumas anymore because of the government safety is after them all the time and Hensim charges handling fees now and that stinks but for a little person the Hensim is much better and they have a foot brake and a hand brake, remember their little hands cannot operate the hand brake very well so the foot brake is nice, do not buy any atv without a FOOTBRAKE.
