Polaris Service Manuals vs All Others
#1
I'm sure this has been discussed before but, I just picked up my new service manual and I gotta say, it costs more then the other cheaper manuals you can find, but its defiently worth it. I usually purchase a Hayes manual every time I buy a vehicle and I almost got one for my machine but I'm glad I didn't. This book is so much more thurough. Its got a parts breakdown for everything with the part name listed. That there is worth the extra cost. All sorts of troubleshooting, pictures, and its the one that the technicians use. Plus it has all the tourque recommendations right on the parts breakdown shematics. Hayes always has theres on different pages so your constantly flipping through trying to find them, and thats if they even have all the tourque settings.
So if your looking at getting a manual just go ahead and get the real one for your machine.
