do straight paddles used with single rib front tires work good for turning and power sliding, better than angled rears with single rib fronts

angled paddles dont slide for ****, but they turn good, straight paddles slide good but dont turn well, I have had 2 sets of each and i like the straight paddles, you can get pimp-*** powerslides with them. I have Sand devils on the back and some no name brand with ridges in the middle on the front
