i drove to my dealer yesterday to pick up service stuff, got air filter and prefilter. the dealer is 55 minutes away. they did not have front diff or trans oil. what can i use in place of the polaris brands that i can get at walmart, advance or auto zone. which are all within 10 minutes

i use mobile 1 0w-40 for motor with ST7317 filter
air filter and prefilter was $30 and change (could have gotten cheaper online)

also after many calls to polaris and leaving messages with anyone from snowmobiles to racing i got a return call from polaris and they said they would have a talk with my dealer (messages left on a friday polaris called my on monday). my dealer called on wed with the part in hand. my recall is done!!!!!!!!!

 

I use Full synthetic snowmachine chain case oil for the tranny. My Clylmer manual says you can use ATF "Type F" in the hub style Polaris machines but it does not mention the newer front diff Hillary's.

For my front diff I just use a any synthetic 75W90 gear oil.
