I am wondering the same thing. Me and my friend have trails but they are not legal trails as there are no legal trails in CT. We can only go riding on them when it is raining and we can go at my house any time...once we get the right tires considering the swamp we must get through.

When I lived in Connecticut, I was involved in the Connecticut ATV Club, but I'm not sure they are still around. We used to have permission to ride on private land.
