I have a 1996 yamaha blaster with vitos big bore kit and full fmf exhaust. Im 5' 11 and 180 lbs. I want a atv that I can have a better chance keeping up with my buddys on their dirt bikes. I hate the brakes on the blaster and i ride it so hard that i wear the brakes out enough to have no stoping power half way through a trail. What im looking for is more speed, way better brakes, and better suspension. was thinking about a yzf450 or raptor. any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. im pretty new to atvs. Thanks
